With its close proximity to Lake Michigan as well as Loyola, and Northwestern, Roger's Park is a neighborhood that is rapidly developing. Known for its affordable and spacious lakefront properties this multi - cultural neighborhood is full of rehabbed apartments, condominiums, unique architecture, and Frank Lloyd Wright works. The area is largely residential although along Clark, Sheridan, and Devon one can sample any number of cuisines, as well as peruse the many boutiques that line the streets selling anything from silk to cd's.
